Construction: Two-story masonry and steel buildings in good repair. New roofs on all 3 dorms in 1996.

Use: These dormitories are Marshall Hall, Bestor Hall and Montgomery Hall. Marshall Hall has an airconditioning unit with the other two halls sharing an air conditioning unit. Two students per dormitory room with large shared bathrooms and floors are tiled.

Heating & Cooling System: Steam heat from the main heating plant. New cooling tower installed in Marshall Hall.

Fire Alarm: It has a centralized fire alarm system.
