Size: Two Stories

Construction: Two-story masonry and steel buildings in good repair. New roofs on all 3 dorms in 1996.

Use: These dormitories are Marshall Hall, Bestor Hall and Montgomery Hall. Marshall Hall has an airconditioning unit with the other two halls sharing an air conditioning unit. Two students per dormi-tory room with large shared bathrooms and floors are tiled.

Heating & Cooling System: Steam heat from the main heating plant. New cooling tower installed in Marshall Hall.

Fire Alarm: It has a centralized fire alarm system.
